Design Services Stage One - The Concept 1. Site visit one person for three days not including travel to discuss with associated consultants as to the theme and scope of the Design. 2. General Research as required. 3. Preliminary layouts for all areas. 4. Meeting with consultants to develop the design. 5. Renderings of all major areas. 6. Colour Boards for all front of house areas. 7. Presentation of the Design Proposals one person for one day not including travel. Stage Two – Detailed Design 1. Co-ordination meetings with consultants and proposed suppliers. 2. Progress meetings. 3. Production of Detailed design Plan & Elevational drawings along with details and schedules deemed necessary for contractors to price the project. 4. Visit site and issue our detailed design package to all interested parties. 5. Meeting in UK to our detailed design package to all interested parties. Stage Three – Site Implementation 1. Reply to all queries during construction 2. Attending site during the construction periodStage Four - Final Setting Up 1. Liase with consultants to finalise the works 2. Set out all dressings for fixing by others 3. Final set out of all FOH areas ready for hand over to client.
